Step away from the busyness and come find a place to pause.
This midweek practice is your opportunity to pause, reset, and realign. Through mindful movement, intentional breath, and grounding stillness, we’ll reconnect with what’s steady and true—within ourselves and in the present moment.
Each class is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you arrive feeling scattered, energized, or somewhere in between, you’ll leave feeling more centered, spacious, and restored.
Come as you are. Let the mat be your place to return to presence, right in the heart of your week.
What to Bring:
To support your practice, please bring:
A yoga mat
A water bottle - optional
A few extra props will be available to borrow if needed.
Zooming in? Everyday items like books, scarves, or belts make great substitutes!
