Moonlight Flow

After a full weekend of sunshine, adventures, errands, or prepping for the week ahead—have you prepped you?

Join me for a calming Moonlight Flow to unwind your body, settle your mind, and reconnect with your breath. Whether you’ve been hiking, hosting, meal prepping, or just moving nonstop, this gentle evening practice is your space to pause and refill your own cup.

Grab your favorite drink—hot or iced—get into something cozy (pajamas welcome!), and join from the comfort of your home via Zoom. This class is designed to help you reset, restore, and ease into your week with presence and grace.

What to Bring:

Midweek Grounding

Wednesday 7:00 - 8:00 pm

Stillness in the middle of it all

Step away from the busyness and come find a place to pause.

This midweek practice is your opportunity to pause, reset, and realign. Through mindful movement, intentional breath, and grounding stillness, we’ll reconnect with what’s steady and true—within ourselves and in the present moment.

Each class is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you arrive feeling scattered, energized, or somewhere in between, you’ll leave feeling more centered, spacious, and restored.

Come as you are. Let the mat be your place to return to presence, right in the heart of your week.
